Insurance Companies
It is very important that your automobile policy contain both uninsured motorist
protection and underinsured protection. Uninsured protection covers you if the
other at fault driver has no insurance. Underinsurance protects you and the
passengers of your vehicle if the other at-fault driver has inadequate insurance
coverage. Having underinsurance protection raises the other drivers' available
policy limits to the amount of your policy. Coverage for uninsured and
underinsured protection is relatively inexpensive ... approximately $7.00 per
vehicle per year. We know that some insurance companies are better than others;
we also know which is which. Citizens Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Auto Owners
Insurance and AAA Michigan are the insurance companies that, in our opinion,
treat their clients fairly. We also have a list of insurance companies we
