Donald E. Lewis was born in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania in 1949 and grew up on
the west side of Detroit. A United States Army veteran, who spent time in
Vietnam, Don is a former Detroit Police Officer. He received his undergraduate
degree from Wayne State University, and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School,
from which he graduated with a juris doctorate. For fifteen years, Don has
practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury law. He has recently

these settlements were worth $6.5 million and $2.25 million respectively. Don

four children, ranging in age from 13 to 26. He has been a Livingston County
resident for over twenty-five years.
